Anna O'Shea joined the Division
from Cisco where she led Talent Resourcing for
Europe & Emerging Markets. Commenting on
her decision to join Digby Morgan, Anna said:
"Cisco has been a client of the company
for many years so I've been in the unique position
of being able to gauge the quality of the company
from a user perspective. I'm delighted to have
joined Digby Morgan and the Commerce team!"
A further, highly experienced and familiar face
in the HR recruitment sector, Simon Stephens,
has also joined the Division. Simon, who was
previously with Resource Innovations, will be
a hugely valuable addition to the team.
Christine Trybus, an accomplished recruiter
who has enjoyed a career, both in house with
PWC, Accenture and MBDA, and also running her
own successful recruitment company for several
years from late ‘90s onwards, is welcomed
into the Division in June.
Nicola Grimshaw, Head of Digby Morgan’s
Commerce Division: “These are three high
calibre and strategic hires for the Division
which is now poised to further exploit the market
throughout 2006 – especially in the technology
and fmcg sectors. And, it really is a case of
‘watch this space’ as we fully expect
to be adding more experienced consultants to
the team in the near future.”
Additional fresh hires at the company include
Beth Young who joins HR Resourcing - Digby Morgan's
division which specialises in entry to mid level
HR professionals. Beth started her career with
Hays Accountancy & Finance where she recruited
part qualified accountants. In addition, Guy
Barnes has joined HR Resourcing as an Associate
Consultant, via the company's graduate programme;
Guy graduated in 2005 with a Geography degree
from UCL. Stuart Edge joined HR Resourcing in
March. Stuart was previously with Protocol Teachers
where he was a manager focusing on both interim
and permanent placements for London schools.
Stuart is delighted to have joined the company.

Craig Ringland is the latest addition to the
Digby Morgan Group who joined the company’s
subsidiary HR Interims as a Consultant on 1st
February. Craig who is originally from Sydney,
Australia has a background within the banking
sector where he worked in management training.
He moved into recruitment with Hudson and transferred
with the company to the UK and has subsequently
worked with Lime Street where he set up an interim
operation. Craig will focus predominantly in
the financial and professional services. Alice
Venner also joined HR Interims. Alice had previously
worked with HSBC for 8 years where she was on
the bank's high-flyers programme and enjoyed
a highly successful career in corporate banking.
"Alice has excellent knowledge of the financial
services industry and a great background in
business to business sales. She will play a
key role in further expanding our interim business
in this sector," Says Alistair Cook, Executive
Director.
