Happy New Year!

A very warm welcome to Human Resourcefulness, the first issue of the new Digby Morgan newsletter. In this and future issues of Human Resourcefulness, we intend to keep you abreast of the latest news, views and issues from Digby Morgan and the fast paced HR market we all live and work in.

In addition to keeping you up to date with the latest happenings at Digby Morgan, in this first issue we take a more in-depth look at the opportunities for both clients and candidates in the burgeoning interim market. We also cast an impartial eye at the growing popularity and demand for HR Business Partners and look at how to differentiate between the merely mediocre and the truly outstanding. In a further article that makes for essential reading, we summarise the findings from our latest candidate research survey into the highly topical subjects of outsourcing, relocation and the interim market.

But first and foremost, and in order to ensure its continuing success, it’s crucial that we provide a newsletter that you actually want to read.
